**ob Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Provide outstanding service to meet customer needs promptly.
**Team Support**:
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in communication and coordination during busy hours.
**Order Management**:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
**Stock and Inventory Management**:
- Maintain organized inventory levels and replenish as necessary.
**Cleanliness and Hygiene**:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including dining, kitchen, and workstations.
**Cash Handling**:
- Accurately manage cash and process transactions using the POS system.
**Training and Mentoring**:
- Guide and train new crew members, fostering a positive working environment.
**Problem Solving**:
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to senior staff if needed.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Any undergraduate degree is preferred.
**Experience**:
- 0-5 years Experience in Retail/QSR/
- Fresher can also apply
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems (training provided).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
