**DESIGNATION**:DCDP-BUTCHERY

**Responsibility**:

- Ensure that galley crew members are in compliance with the grooming and uniform standards of the company
- Portions cut Beef, Lamb, Veal and Pork
- Operates poultry-processing equipment
- Prepares, saws, mixes, tenderizes, weighs and packages poultry products
- Cuts, trims, bones, ties and grinds meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare for cooking
- Support the team by carrying other roles, ambient packing
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Team Leader, Associate Store Team Leader and Online Order Lead
- Set up station properly and on time for each service period and make sure that required mis en place is ready on time
- To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
- To participate in communicating actively within the department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
