**Roles & Responsibilities: -**

1. Windows System Management and Administration:

- Manage and administer Windows-based systems, including Windows Server environments and other critical infrastructure components.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of Windows systems.

2. Incident and Problem Resolution:

- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex Windows-related incidents, collaborating with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to achieve timely resolutions.
- Participate in problem management to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

3. Advanced Application Support:

- Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect Windows systems against advanced cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

5. Performance Optimization and Capacity Planning:

- Proactively monitor system performance, analyse performance data, and optimize Windows systems for peak efficiency.
- Perform capacity planning to ensure adequate resources are available to support future growth.

6. System Automation and Scripting:

- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell for system management and automation.

7. Active Directory and Group Policy Management:

- Design, configure, and manage complex Active Directory infrastructures, including multi-domain and multi-forest environments.
- Create and enforce Group Policies to enforce security and compliance standards.

8. System Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and ongoing projects.

9. User Training and Knowledge Sharing:

- Provide training and mentorship to junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the team's skills.

10. System Backups and Disaster Recovery:

- Implement and maintain system backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data protection and rapid system recovery.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
