Will work on database install, upgrade, plan and execute critical migration projects.
- Will work on database partitioning, encryption and implementing security standards to secure critical
- environments.
- Will work on Database optimizer changes, database internals and troubleshoot production issues.
- Will handle all administrative tasks, such as planning and building new servers, ASM disk management,
- backup and restore, user account and data security management, capacity planning.
- Will work on EMC SRDF & data guard.
- Will work on Oracle EM12c administration activities, handling SQL Administrator
- Manage SQL Server databases Configure and maintain database servers and processes
- Monitor system's health and performance Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security
- Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time Provide suggestions for solutions Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours experience with backups, restores and recovery models experience of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server experience with Windows server, including Active Directory
