- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have good understanding of various IT Tools and processes being used in the Firm.
- Good understanding of different business teams and their IT/Support needs.
- Man the IT Bar to provide IT Advisory services to office colleague.
- Ensure all L1 requests are well managed, with appropriate answers delivered in a timely manner.
- Establish connect and work with different global teams to ensure colleague requests are handled in proper manner.
- Document colleagues feedback (on products and processes) and share with the relevant T&D teams.
- Sharing locally developed processes/solutions with the broader ITSA community, including lessons learned.
- Active participation in Office IT collaboration calls and meetings.

- Education: - Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Engineering or related discipline.
