Our Revenue Operations organisation is looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator who is driven by a sense of “team success” As our Revenue Operations Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding administrative support to our Revenue Operations and Sales Teams. From system administration to program support, you will engage with people across our teams and have an opportunity to personally wow people with your commitment to value added results.

The expected working hours for this role will be 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST.

**What you’ll do**:
- Serve as a contact for customers and sales executives to facilitate customer requests
- Act as the internal liaison for cross-departmental requests
- Prioritise your tasks in a fast-paced, team environment, managing frequent tight deadlines and multitasking
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation
- Support ad hoc projects and duties as assigned to you by your manager
**What you’ll need**:
- An interest in working within a sales and sales operations environment in an administrative capacity
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management based in the US
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- An openness to change and willingness to take informed risks
- Ability to exercise confidentiality
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies attention to detail, collaboration and administrative sales support
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust
**Our side of the deal**:

- Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.
- The starting pay for this role is 730,000 INR and night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
