**About the Role**:
The initial **setup phase (six months)** will focus on **market research, strategy development, financial planning, and team formation**. Post-launch, the EIR will take full ownership of execution, growth, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Conduct in-depth **market research** to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop a **comprehensive business strategy** aligned with omnichannel growth objectives.
- Define the business model, revenue streams, and go-to-market plan.

**Financial & Operational Management**
- Oversee **costing, budgeting, and financial planning** to ensure profitability.
- Set up key operational processes, including supply chain, logistics, and customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize business efficiency.

**Team Building & Leadership**
- **Hire, train, and manage** a high-performing team across different functions.
- Foster a results-driven culture with a strong focus on execution and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technology, marketing, sales) to drive success.

**Growth & Sales Expansion**
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive sales.
- Optimize the **omnichannel experience** across digital platforms, marketplaces, and offline touchpoints.
- Identify and implement partnerships for business expansion.

**Compensation & Growth Opportunities**:

- **Fixed salary** during the initial phase.
- **Incentive structure** based on sales and business performance.
- **ESOP Eligibility**:

- ESOP activation is tied to **revenue realization** milestones.
- Additional ESOPs may be granted upon securing **external investments**.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
