About McDonalds in India One of the world s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad Our global offices serve as dynamic innovation and operations hubs designed to expand McDonald s global talent base and in-house expertise Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business technology analytics and AI accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Benefits Delivery Benefits Specialist US based in our India Global Business Services Office You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of benefits programs policies and practices for the US Segment You will ensure operational excellence in benefits administration collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements and provide accurate data to support audits The candidate is expected to reside within India Responsibilities In addition to following McDonalds policies and procedures principal accountabilities include but are not limited to Benefits Administration Oversee the execution of benefits programs policies and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance Monitor the effectiveness of benefits administration activities identifying and implementing areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction Vendor Management Manage benefits vendors facilitating discussions on technical requirements and ensuring services meet organizational needs Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements to optimize benefits delivery Data Management and Compliance Provide timely and accurate data to support internal benefits audits and compliance reporting Develop and maintain accurate records of benefits-related activities including vendor contracts agreements and system update Ensure data integrity confidentiality and compliance with federal and state regulations governing benefits administration Process Improvement and Reporting Analyze benefits administration processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to achieve operational excellence Prepare and present reports on benefits program performance and metrics to support strategic decision-making Qualifications Basic Qualifications Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Total Rewards or related field advanced degree preferred Proven experience in roles responsible for talent rewards or benefits delivery Experience operating in large multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed complex structure Experience working across many countries and cultures Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders Preferred Qualifications Total Rewards Expertise Skills Technical knowledge in areas of total rewards benefits delivery and HR processes Excellent analytical problem-solving and data-analysis skills Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations Strong business acumen Open to learning new systems and processes Exceptional communication verbal and written and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn self-starter Strong ability to influence others able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver Continuous improvement and growth mindset
