Profile Introduction:
Responsibilitites:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate projects.
- Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct financial due diligence for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of real estate investments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, asset management, and legal, to support the successful execution of real estate projects.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support lease negotiations, property valuations, and investment decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices in real estate finance and accounting.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of real estate financial principles, including investment analysis, lease accounting, and property valuation.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the real estate industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide strategic insights.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
