**Job Description:Finance Associate for Renowned Hotel Chains**

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter (Dropouts only)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in core finance work.
- **Brownie Point**: Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly valued.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receivables Management**: Handle customer billing, manage and process refunds, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- **Payables Management**: Process vendor payments and ensure accurate accounting of all payables.
- **Income Reconciliations**: Perform reconciliations of income to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- **Bill Checking**: Review and verify bills for accuracy and completeness.
- **Tax Compliance**: Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- **Journal Entries**: Pass necessary journal entries in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:
