**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our loan products (home loans, personal loans, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve processes.
- Address client queries and provide timely assistance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fresher to 2 years of experience** in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, particularly loans, is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
