Location: Mumbai (Powai)

Roles and Responsibilities : Finance Controller

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to guide the organization's financial strategy.

2. Financial Reporting: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

3. Financial Management: Overseeing cash flow management, credit management, and financial risk management to maintain the financial health of the organization.

4. Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial data, and compliance with policies and regulations.

5. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

6. Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to support resource allocation and financial planning decisions.

8. Team Management: Supervising and mentoring finance teams, including accountants, financial analysts, and other staff members, to ensure effective performance and professional development.

9. Financial Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

10. Communication: Presenting financial information and analysis to senior management, stakeholders, and board members to support informed decision-making and transparency.

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
