Cashier Sales Executive for Ambrosia Kaimanam

**Responsibilities**:

- **Point of Sale Operations: Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment. Use the cash register or electronic payment system to calculate totals, issue receipts, and provide accurate change.**:

- **Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Provide information about bakery products, including ingredients, flavors, and availability. Offer assistance in selecting and packaging bakery items according to customer preferences. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.**:

- **Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, seasonal specials, and any changes in recipes or ingredients. Be able to communicate product information accurately to customers.**:

- **Order Management: Ensure accurate recording of orders, specifications, and delivery/pick-up details. Coordinate with staff to fulfill orders on time and meet customer expectations.**:

- **Cash Management: Handle cash transactions securely and responsibly. Ensure cash register is balanced at the end of each shift and follow cash management procedures established by the restaurant. Adhere to security measures to minimize the risk of theft or fraud.**:

- **Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the cashier area, including the cash register, counter tops, and displays.**:

- **Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with staff, including bakers, chefs, and other cashiers, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Communicate effectively with team members, sharing relevant information and coordinating tasks as necessary.**

**Requirements**:

- **High school diploma or equivalent.**:

- **Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Strong numerical and cash handling abilities.**:

- **Knowledge or interest in products.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.**:

- **Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.**:

- **Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.**

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
