Handle cash transactions, count and verify cash amounts received, and provide change to customers as needed.
- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate effectively with the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure efficient operation and a positive dining experience.
- Communicate any important information or customer feedback to the appropriate team members.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculation of bills and handling cash.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
