We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic **Outlet Incharge - Experienced** to join our bakery team.

Location : Kaimanam, Karamana, Tvm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the bakery outlet
- Manage and motivate outlet staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash and billing
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor product quality and display
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or food service (bakery experience is a plus)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Ability to handle customers and solve problems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
