**Sales & Marketing**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Work with the marketing team to create and manage social media content and online presence to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for increasing sales.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service standards by leading by example and training staff.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Maintain and improve customer loyalty programs and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily stock levels and ensure that inventory is well-managed, ordered on time, and maintained accurately.
- Ensure the outlet operates within budgetary constraints for food and beverage costs.
- Monitor stock usage, identify wastage, and take corrective actions to minimize losses.
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory restocking and manage relationships with vendors.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area to ensure products are stored correctly and safely.
- **Restaurant Operations**:

- Supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including managing staff, customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct regular training, and create a motivated work environment.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly work schedules for restaurant staff.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- **Financial Management**:

- Review financial reports and take necessary actions to control costs, increase profits, and improve efficiency.
- Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that the outlet complies with all health and safety standards.
- Oversee regular cleaning schedules and ensure proper sanitization practices are followed by staff.
- Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses required by local authorities.
- **Other Duties**:
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for improving operations and profitability.

Provide input on new menu items and suggest improvements to current offerings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
