**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and execute end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work with ERP systems (Ariba, Oracle) to process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues and ensure seamless processes.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive process improvements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in procure-to-pay processes and ERP systems (Ariba and Oracle preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- A positive attitude, able to handle pressure, and a commitment to teamwork to achieve shared goals.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a keen interest in going the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
- Familiarity with procurement best practices and policies.
