As a Fortune 500-ranked global provider of Digital Innovation, Cloud Data Center Transformation and Supply Chain Optimization solutions and services, we help clients successfully manage their IT today while transforming for tomorrow, recognized for its excellence. **Location**: Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai** **Shift Hours**: 7 AM- 4 PM IST **What you’ll do at Insight** Architect II are sales focused technology specialists, who partner with our Sales team and Practice Leads to help identify and win new business opportunities. - Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition - Act as leader for the differentiation of Insight’s technical capability. - Develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide. - Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice’s financial target. - Leading presales and bids for our D365 & PP practice - Standardising proposals, bids, and tenders. - Ensuring coverage for all practice offerings - Partnering with our Sales team to perform "targeted" prospecting & build pipeline - Provide thought leadership and domain expertise - Create reusable Practice artefacts to improve quality of proposals & accelerate our Service Levels **Requirements and skills** **Background and Experience** - ** Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Business Applications services (e.g. D365, Dataverse & Power Platform)**: - **Very highly regarded - experience designing and delivering solutions based on D365 Customer Service, including DCCP (Voice), Customer Insights and Sales.**: - ** Very highly regarded experience designing and delivering solutions based on Power Platform, including Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.**: - ** Azure Integration Experience with Logic Apps and Azure Functions well-regarded but not essential.**: - Proven experience of supporting sales pursuits resulting in the acquisition of new business. - Very strong written communication, including production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales contributions/ Strong Presales consulting experience (proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and presentations) **( Nice to have not required )**: - Power Automate Desktop experience well-regarded but not essential. - Recent Microsoft Certifications and Exams across D365 and Power Platform essential - Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment. - Ability to map client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings. - Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision. - Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement. - Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives. - Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships. - Insight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law._ Insight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
