Kyndryl’s Global Delivery Communications team is seeking a restless, devoted, and empathic individual to lead employee and executive communications for Kyndryl’s India Customer Innovation Delivery Centers. The Global Delivery Communications Professional, India will be responsible for creating messaging and campaigns to engage and inspire employees to align themselves with Kyndryl and Delivery business goals. This role will also act as a trusted advisor to and work 1:1 with local/regional Delivery executives in India to communicate to internal and external audiences.

S/he will be a member of the Global Delivery Communications team, collaborating within Kyndryl’s Corporate Affairs and Global Delivery teams as well as with other functions and colleagues around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define an employee communications strategy for Kyndryl’s Delivery operations in India that builds upon and is aligned to the Global Delivery communications strategy.
- Partner with other Corporate Affairs teams such as Media Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as other functional teams to support local executive readiness to engage in media relations and events, when appropriate.
- Act as a trusted communications advisor to senior Delivery leadership in India.
- Use data and sentiment analysis to inform communications program and tactic decisions.
- Manage virtual, in-person, and hybrid Global Delivery events such as All Hands meetings.
- Support the creation and/or execution of campaigns that reach all Delivery employees globally, as needed.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experienced English writer and content creator.
- Quick to embrace contemporary communications approaches—to meet employees where they are.
- Flexible, with a strong work ethic.
- Effective organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Ability to customize global messaging for local impact while maintaining message integrity.
- Possess insight and knowledge of communications best practices and techniques.
- Be empathetic with an understanding of how messaging may be received and interpreted by different stakeholders, with an ability to formulate clear and concise messaging even in sensitive situations.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Experience working within IT sector.
- Experience working on a global team, across multiple time zones.
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Stream.
