**Description**: **Key Applicant Requirements** **(Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications)** **Please specify if essential or desirable** **Education** **Essential** **Four Year College Degree (Computer Science or similar)** **Experience** **0- 4 years relevant work experience** **General** **Good communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English language, both verbally and in writing, and to interact with both Business and IT partners to define, understand and evaluate business requirements and resolve issues.** **Technical Skills - Requirements** **Essential** - **Good working knowledge of C#, VB.Net, Visual Studio** - **Must have exposure in Web Application, Web Services Automation using Java / C# & Selenium** - **Experience with XML, HTML** - **Must have exposure to custom automation framework** - **Demonstrates intermediate proficiency and knowledge in database SQL querying** - **Microsoft Excel (Basic/ Intermediate)** - **Exposure of Agile Methodology** **Desirable** - **ASP.NET** - **Selenium Webdriver** - **HP-Quick Test Professional/ UFT** - **BDD framework (Cucumber/ Specflow)** - **Familiar with ISO 8583 message format** **Technical Skills - General** **Essential** - **Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.** - **Possesses good general knowledge of technology** - **Possesses the ability to learn new technologies quickly and correctly** - **Able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues quickly** - **Develops knowledge and understanding of how the assigned functional area interacts with other functional areas.** - **Able to complete required tasks for a project with supervision.** - **Adherence to coding standards** - **Knowledge of software development methods and quality assurance best practices and techniques** **Desirable** **Key position details** **(Responsibilities)** - **Get business and domain by going through training and hands on exposure to the PRIME product** - **Responsible for building and maintaining testing automation scripts and frameworks that execute the verification and validation of TSYS software products.** - **To provide technical support for issues or queries relating to Application software and services developed or provided by the department.** - **Able to perform monitoring and maintain automation suite up to date** - **Be able to work in Agile methodology and able to provide inputs in Sprint planning** - **Flexible to work on both manual and automation.** - **Prepare and maintain Test scenarios, Test cases covering business requirements, execute test cases and generate test results report for each test cycle** - **Responsible for building and maintaining testing automation scripts and frameworks that execute the verification and validation of TSYS software products.** - **Able to perform monitoring and maintain automation suite up to date** - **Be able to work in Agile methodology and able to provide inputs in Sprint planning** - **Documenting and tracking software failures using Jira** - **Supporting ongoing work to automate and document QA regression testing.** - **Come up with innovative solutions** - **Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders.** - **Demonstrate a strong positive 'CAN-DO" attitude with a strong focus on results and delivery
