Position: Delivery Manager (IT Services and Development)

Role and Commitments
- Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis
- Manage the scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks
- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
- Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center
- Should be able to run daily standups - review, and follow-ups with the clients and internal team
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost-effective

You’re a perfect fit if you
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management
- Total 8-10+ years of Relevant experience
- Knowledge in building projects using Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Strong Analytical skills - expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA dashboards
- Exposure to US / Canada / UK projects will be preferred
