Role Overview

Key Responsibility
- Manage and track inventory and operational products.
- Handle procurement processes including vendor coordination, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of products, including follow-up with courier services and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, procurement details, and delivery logs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth functioning.
- Support onboarding requirements (laptops, ID cards, etc.) for new employees.
- Assist with facility management tasks and general office administration as needed.

Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and product delivery coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
