**Job Description: Inventory and Procurement Coordinator**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process and track customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- **Procurement Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders based on requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and reconcile with invoices.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Regularly update and maintain inventory records in Excel and other software.
- Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Address discrepancies in inventory and suggest corrective actions.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain Excel reports on inventory status, order trends, and purchase history.
- Provide insights and forecasts based on inventory data to support business decisions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or procurement management is preferred.
