**Job Summary**:
The **Purchase and Procurement Manager** is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. This role combines **strategic procurement planning** with **operational purchasing activities** to support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Procurement**:

- Develop and implement **procurement strategies** to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard **suppliers/vendors** through a structured selection process.
- Negotiate **contracts, pricing, and payment terms** to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor **market trends** and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

**2. Purchasing & Order Management**:

- Oversee the **purchase requisition-to-pay (P2P) process**.
- Ensure timely **purchase order (PO) issuance**, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain optimal **inventory levels** to prevent shortages or excess stock.

**3. Supplier & Vendor Management**:

- Build and maintain **strong supplier relationships** for long-term partnerships.
- Conduct **supplier performance reviews** (quality, delivery, pricing).
- Resolve **supply chain disruptions** and find alternative sources if needed.

**4. Compliance & Cost Control**:

- Ensure procurement activities comply with **company policies & legal regulations**.
- Implement **cost-saving initiatives** (bulk buying, vendor discounts, process improvements).
- Prepare and manage the **procurement budget**.

**5. Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on **procurement KPIs** (savings, lead times, supplier performance).

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field**.
- **5+ years** in procurement/purchasing, with **2+ years in a managerial role**.
- Experience with **e-procurement tools** (SAP Ariba, Zycus) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
