Job title: Process Expert - Purchase to Pay We provide extensive high-quality and cost-efficient Purchase-to-Pay services from purchasing to the processing of outgoing payments. We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency. This is your role. What part will you play? You will part of team supporting Middle East & Africa region as a Process Expert You will be posting invoices from Siemens entities across world You will be communicating and clarifying issues with commercials responsible You will monitor volumes and queries from business ensure team achieve the set SLA You will support both internal and external auditors We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. You have successfully completed bachelor’s accounting degree with 6+ years of experience in Invoice processing SAP accounts payable You are expert in resolving GRIR (Goods Receipt and Invoice receipt) variances You are good in email writing communication You have good analytical, problem solving skills and MS excel, work PPT You are some one flexible to work for night shift or early morning shift You are some one flexible to work on Saturdays as a part of closing requirement Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens: This role is based in Bangalore, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.
