**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the domestic market.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and retail clients.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentations**: Provide expert advice on tile products, including material types, designs, and installation, and conduct product presentations to close deals.
- **Order Processing & Follow-Up**: Manage the order cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Insights & Reporting**: Stay updated on market trends and competitors, and provide regular sales reports and insights.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the tile or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic tile market trends and products.
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus
