**Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) - Premium Residential Real Estate**

**Job Summary**:
As a Guest Relations Executive in a premium residential real estate project, you will be the first point of contact for clients, potential buyers, and residents. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless, personalized, and high-touch experience throughout the client journey—from site visits to post-sale services—while upholding the prestige and standards of the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction & Hospitality**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Offer refreshments and ensure comfort during site visits or meetings.
- Conduct personalized tours of the property, show apartments, and amenities.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team by preparing the show area and ensuring readiness for client visits.
- Provide clients with brochures, floor plans, and other project-related documents.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain visitor records, feedback logs, and coordinate appointments for the sales or CRM team.

**Brand Representation**:

- Ensure all client-facing areas reflect high standards (cleanliness, ambiance, presentation).
- Uphold the image and tone of the brand in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role in hospitality, luxury retail, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, courteous, and highly professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic office software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
