We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher)** to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to potential clients and prime vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in US IT staffing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand the skills and experience of bench consultants.
- Market bench consultants to existing clients and new prospects through job portals, networking sites, and vendor contacts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Submit qualified consultants to suitable job requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet placement goals.
- Ensure regular follow-up with consultants and vendors until successful placement.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms.
- Maintain and update internal databases and trackers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in **US night shifts**.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies (a plus but not mandatory).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the US staffing industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmen

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
