**Interior Site Supervisor**

**Location: Noida Sector 63, H-140 nearby metro station Noida Electronic City**

**Department: Interior Design / Construction**

**Reports To: Project Head**

**Role Overview**:
**The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to interior construction and renovation projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The supervisor will manage subcontractors, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management & Supervision**:

- **Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including carpentry, drywall, ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations.**:

- **Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.**:

- **Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.**:

- **Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.**:

- **Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project requirements.**:

- **Maintain accurate daily logs and records of site activities, progress, and issues.**:

- **Organize and facilitate site meetings with subcontractors, clients, and project managers.**:

- **Manage material deliveries and ensure proper storage on-site.**:

- **Quality Control & Assurance**:

- **Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards.**:

- **Conduct thorough inspections of completed work.**:

- **Identify and rectify any defects or deficiencies.**:

- **Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.**:

- **Safety & Compliance**:

- **Enforce all safety regulations and company policies on-site.**:

- **Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.**:

- **Ensure all workers are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).**:

- **Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.**:

- **Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.**:

- **Maintain a safe and clean work environment.**:

- **Communication & Coordination**:

- **Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.**:

- **Provide regular progress updates to project managers.**:

- **Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.**:

- **Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow.**:

- **Respond to client questions and concerns.**:

- **Budget & Resource Management**:

- **Monitor material usage and minimize waste.**:

- **Assist in tracking project costs.**:

- **Report any potential cost overruns to the project manager.**

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.**:

- **Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior construction supervision.**:

- **Skills**:

- **Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.**:

- **Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:

- **Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.**:

- **Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.**

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and location).**:

- **Benefits: Travel allowances, and other company benefits.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
