site supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling a construction site, including all workers, subcontractors, and operators. Their duties include: Planning: Assisting project managers in planning work, and organizing work schedules Safety: Establishing safety protocols, conducting weekly safety meetings, and inspecting work areas, equipment, and methods Record keeping: Maintaining records of worker time and payroll, and completing records for site reports Communication: Conducting work conferences with workers and other personnel, and attending site management meetings Material management: Managing orders and deliveries of construction materials Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of construction work and the performance of site workers Coordination: Ensuring that all project activities are carried out according to the approved project plans, schedules, and safety regulations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
