**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage residential and commercial interior sites to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on electrical, plumbing, false ceilings, flooring, woodwork, and finishing.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret and execute designs accurately as per provided drawings.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 1-4 years in project supervision within the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
