**Job Summary**:
The IPD/OPD & Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for handling patient registration, appointment scheduling, admission/discharge formalities, and providing accurate information regarding hospital services. The executive ensures smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and hospital departments to maintain high levels of service and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:Outpatient Department (OPD)**:

- Greet and register walk-in and appointment-based patients.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Guide patients to their respective consultation rooms or diagnostic services.
- Handle billing for consultations and outpatient procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.

**Inpatient Department (IPD)**:

- Manage the admission and discharge process, including documentation and room allocation.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance teams for pre-authorization and payments.
- Keep track of patient movements and bed availability.
- Assist patients and families with queries related to admission, treatment, and discharge.

**Front Desk & General Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, visiting hours, and policies.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations (e.g., nursing, housekeeping, billing).
- Handle emergency situations calmly and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in healthcare or administration).
- Prior experience (1-3 years) in hospital front desk, OPD/IPD coordination, or customer service.
- Familiarity with hospital software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and billing processes is a plus.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Pleasant personality with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in local language(s) along with English/Hindi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
