**Job Title**: Hospital **Business Development Executive and Guest Relationship Associate**
**Location**: Bandra, Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹46,000/- per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Target Achievement**: Strategize and implement plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Inpatient (IPD), High Care Units (HCU), and Outpatient (OPD) services.
- **Business Development**: Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with a focus on corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, and community outreach programs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and identify potential target markets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, medical professionals, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Sales and Promotion**: Promote the hospital’s services and facilities to potential clients, handling presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively seek new leads and create strategies to generate potential customers for hospital services and facilities.
- **Reporting**: Regularly report on sales activities, achievements, and pipeline status to the management team.
- **Collaborative Working**: Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align business strategies with hospital objectives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and hospital operations.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and build strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in hospital marketing or healthcare business development.
- Knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry is an advantage.
