- Develops and execute India Social media strategy that uses appropriate messages, methods, and medium to create a clear understanding of regional offerings for targeted customers within the marketplace.
- Conceiving and develop efficient and intuitive Social media communications strategies in-line with the business strategy.

**Operational**
- Supports the overall business growth through Social media, Content Marketing, media relations, third-party partnerships, manager of extern vendors / PR agencies.
- Focus on enhancing the brand engagement to support business
- This position will support overall business units in increasing the brand value in India market through various Social media activities.

**Research & Development**
- Benchmark and measure the effectiveness of selling messages Social media communications projects

**Financial and Budget**
- Ensure budget pertaining to your areas of function is utilized, optimized and tracked

**Collaborations**
- Develop and maintain internal and external contacts to ensure effective integration of Social media & Content Marketing into product line and marketing management to continually test the validity of marketing recommendations..

**Academic**
- Promote the culture of positivity, collaboration, continuous improvement, and commitment to quality in all aspects of online marketing communications activities

**External Representation**
- Represent MIT WPU on various Social media platforms, Forums & Communities with ultimate objective of building MIT WPU brand

**Substantial leadership and management experience**
- Able to provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs

**External relations and Corporate engagement**

The ability to advocate at the highest levels regionally and nationally on behalf of the University and to influence the decision maker.

**Minimum Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate, 1-3 years of experience in Social media & content marketing
- Good understanding of social media, Influencer Marketing and digital marketing
- Passionate storyteller who can persuade, inspire, and create emotional connections with target audiences as needed to drive behaviours
