We are looking for an experienced (0.6-2 years) Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for helping ideate and assist in the execution of a Social Media strategy best suited for people looking to make a career for themselves in Digital Marketing. You will be working closely with the Marketing & Business Development Teams in addition to the Social Media Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist in Ideation of future Social Media Strategy
- Manage and oversee end-to-end execution of social media campaigns. This will include working closely with the content writers and designers to ensure the content is informative and engaging
- Assist in execution of Paid Marketing campaigns and make suggestions for content optimization accordingly
- Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements & Qualifications:

- 0.6-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role
- Working knowledge of running campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google AdManager and other social media practices
- Good understanding of social media KPI’s
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Punctual with deadlines and good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with several Industry experts in various domains.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

- Pune - 411006, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Digital Marketing Agency experience (required)
