- **About the Job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person for contacting potential clients (leads) of the company (HomeAbroad), through calls & chats, and accurately verify and validate the intent & interest of buying a property in USA. The person would need to provide the correct information related to the company’s product & service offerings as well as key information pertaining to the industry. The person should go the “extra mile” to meet the targets and facilitate future sales.

The potentials clients (leads) are Foreign Nationals, Global Investors, US Newcomers

- Good writing skills
- Good typing speed
- Neutral Ascent
- Analytical skills
- Graduate with sales/presales/lead qualification experience (1 yr. & above)
- Situation handling skills
- Preferred to have someone from real estate or mortgage (home loan) background

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moti Nagar, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- international sales: 3 years (required)
