Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily administrative and office support activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Greet and assist visitors and manage office correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and finance departments with data entry, filing, and basic documentation.
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and fully operational by liaising with maintenance and IT requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of office assets, vendor contacts, and employee attendance logs.
- Handle courier services, printing, scanning, and other routine office operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
