**Outbound Sales Calls**: Proactively contact potential clients to promote and sell software subscription services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's software products and their benefits to effectively address customer needs.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the prospective client’s requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Market Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT or SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and practices.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹8,497.32 - ₹15,000.00 per month
