**Material & Equipment Procurement**:

- **Indent Management**: Raising indents for the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of specifications and quantities.
- **Purchase Order Processing**: Raising Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently in Tally ERP system, ensuring alignment with approved indents and organizational policies.
- **Document Acquisition**: Obtaining necessary documents from vendors at the time of dispatch, including:

- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) to verify material quality.
- Invoice copy for accurate record-keeping and payment processing.
- Lorry Receipt (LR) for inter-state procurements to track shipment.
- **Material Receipt Confirmation**: Proactively obtaining confirmation from the Warehouse regarding the status of received materials, verifying adherence to the Purchase Order specifications and quantities.
- **Discrepancy Resolution**: Taking appropriate and timely action to rectify any discrepancies in material supply, including wrong quantities, incorrect specifications, or damages.
- **Vendor Issue Resolution**: Effectively resolving issues with vendors related to wrong supply, damages, extra charges, or any other procurement-related concerns, ensuring mutually agreeable solutions.
- **Payment Coordination**: Coordinating with the Accounts department to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and transporters, following up on invoices and payment schedules.

**Other Tasks**:

- **Inward Stock Monitoring**: Monitoring inward stock to ensure the correct quantity and specifications of received materials are accurately updated in the Materials Receipt System.
- **Vendor Bill Verification**: Verifying vendor bills against Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy before processing for payment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- B Com/BBA or Any graduate or Post Graduate degree
- Preferably 2 year experience in Purchase.
- Experience of Purchase in the Chemical / Paints industry will be an advantage.

- Working Knowledge of Purchase process & procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
