**Key Responsibility Area**

**Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies**:

- Research and identify potential funding sources, including individuals, CSR, foundations, and government agencies.
- Co-design, develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and initiatives with the Director of PF.
- Implement fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, online fundraising, and events, to generate financial support for the organisation.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and cause-related marketing collaborations.

**Donor Cultivation and Stewardship**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.
- Develop personalised cultivation strategies to engage donors and increase their involvement and giving.
- Provide regular communication and updates to donors to inform them about the organisation's programs, impact, and funding needs.
- Ensure timely acknowledgement and recognition of donors' contributions and achievements.

**Fundraising Events and Campaigns**:

- Plan, organise, and execute fundraising events like Mumbai Marathon.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful events.
- Create and manage online fundraising campaigns, leveraging various platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of events and campaigns and recommend improvements

**Grant Writing and Proposal Development**:

- Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with the organisation's mission and programs.
- Collaborate with program staff to gather data, stories, and outcomes for grant proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of grants, reporting deadlines, and requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Fundraising

- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
