As a CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Manager , you will play a key role in raising funds from corporate donors and CSR initiatives, while building long-term strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities CSR Fundraising & Partnerships: Research, identify, and pursue potential funding opportunities from corporates and foundations. Actively scout leads and connect with CSR decision-makers. Present organizations's impact model convincingly to potential donors and secure partnerships. Build and manage a strong pipeline of CSR opportunities Draft and submit high-quality proposals in collaboration with the program team. Maintain donor interaction records, commitments, and follow-ups using CRM systems. Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing donors. Prepare impact and progress reports to showcase outcomes to donors. Strategically position the organization as a preferred CSR partner for nutrition and health interventions. Candidate Profile Education & Experience Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in CSR fundraising, B2B sales, or business development. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills. Aggressive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to understand donor needs and provide tailored solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with a “Never Give Up” attitude. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
