**Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Management**:Oversee and optimize operational processes to enhance

productivity and efficiency.

**2. Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and

ensure timely deliveries of goods and services.

**3. Data Analysis**:Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and

implement corrective actions.

**4. Team Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments to streamline

operations and ensure seamless communication.

**5. Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to

operations promptly and professionally.

**6. Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company

policies.

**7. Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to

senior management.

**8. Paperwork Management**:Handle paperwork, including KYC (Know Your

Customer) and forms processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in operations or related roles is preferred.
- Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration,

Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis and project

management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards in all operational activities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
