**Require BA Operations + Field Executive for Porter Logistic Company**

**Role Overview**:
As a **BA Operations + Field Executive**, you will be at the frontline of maintaining a strong balance between supply and demand for Porter’s logistics network in Ahmedabad. This role blends ground-level operations, strategic thinking, community engagement, and business acumen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supply/Demand Operations**:
Maintain an active pipeline of supply leads using various channels, ensure efficient onboarding, training, and retention of partners.
- **Market Mapping**:
Conduct in-depth mapping on both supply and demand sides to identify opportunities and gaps.
- **Target Delivery**:
Own the responsibility for meeting partner and customer acquisition targets in assigned areas.
- **Community Management**:
Build and moderate the driver community, improve engagement, and ensure high service quality for customers and value for partners.
- **Process Improvement**:
Identify gaps, design and implement SOPs to streamline operations and solve recurring issues.
- **Partner & Customer Engagement**:
Lead negotiations, build strong relationships, and grow a loyal customer and partner base.
- **Branding & Marketing Execution**:
Implement and execute local BTL (Below the Line) marketing plans and initiatives in coordination with central teams.
- **Market Intelligence**:
Gather insights and competitive intelligence from the market to drive strategic decisions.

- Proficient in English and local language
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

- Strong network in logistics or related industries is a plus
