**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through Upwork and other relevant platforms.
- **Proposal Writing**: Craft clear and persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements and company standards.
- **Client Engagement**: Communicate with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable service offerings.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, client requirements, and competitive landscape insights.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategies for targeted markets and industries.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and proposal success metrics regularly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT or service industry.
- **Upwork Knowledge**: Basic understanding of Upwork, including profile setup, bidding, and project management.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
