Softtrix is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, PPC, ORM, and Web Development. We work with global clients to deliver measurable growth and are now looking for a **Bidding Executive** to help us secure high-quality SEO projects from leading freelancing platforms.

**Role Overview**
The Bidding Executive will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing SEO-related projects through platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr**, and others. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of SEO services, and the ability to create compelling proposals that convert leads into clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Research & Lead Generation**
- Identify and shortlist SEO-related projects daily from various online portals.
- Understand client requirements and align them with our SEO service offerings.

**Proposal Writing & Bidding**
- Draft customized, persuasive, and well-structured proposals.
- Include relevant details, portfolio links, and case studies to strengthen bids.
- Submit proposals within deadlines to maximize opportunities.

**Client Communication**
- Initiate and maintain professional communication with prospects.
- Answer queries, provide clarifications, and negotiate terms to close deals.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with the SEO team to understand strategies, deliverables, and pricing.
- Share client feedback with the operations team to ensure project success.

**Reporting & Tracking**
- Maintain daily records of bids, leads, and conversions.
- Share weekly performance reports with management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in online bidding, preferably for SEO or digital marketing projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO services, keywords, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH**, etc.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
