**About the Role**:Inclusion Software Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven **IT** **Sales & Leads Expert** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute winning sales and bidding strategies on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc
- Engage with international clients to understand their project requirements and business goals
- Interpret technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Generate manual and automated outreach reports using relevant tools
- Onboard new clients and nurture long-term business relationships
- Identify market trends and growth opportunities to scale client acquisition
- Maintain a quality-focused approach in all client interactions and proposals.
**Required Skills**:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in IT sales and online bidding
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical scoping
- Expertise in platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PHP bidding channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client onboarding and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with outreach automation tools and manual prospecting techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment
