Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Run personal errands and manage household-related tasks, if required.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners.
- Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain records and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings as requested.
- Provide support in managing projects or events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (can be adjusted depending on role level).

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of travel booking platforms and event planning.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Notion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.

Pay: From ₹1,800,000.00 per year
