**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Intern to join our team atsCorcokarta. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced company. As an Operations Intern, you will assist with optimizing business processes, managing resources, and ensuring smooth operational flow to support the company’s overall objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily operations and logístical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Help with inventory management, including tracking, restocking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Support the operations team with data entry, maintaining databases, and updating documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and task management.
- Help in monitoring and reporting on key operational metrics and performance.
- Work on special projects as assigned, focusing on process improvement or cost reduction.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic about learning operational strategies and contributing to business efficiency.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
