About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations Intern who is passionate about technology, data, and process improvement. In this role, you will help design and implement AI-led strategies to automate manual work, improve operational efficiency, and support data-backed decision-making. You'll work closely with the leadership team to research tools, test automation workflows, and analyze their impact on business performance.

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, exploring new technologies, and translating ideas into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI and automation tools for potential business applications
  • Analyze internal workflows to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement
  • Support in implementing and testing AI-based processes across departments
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process outcomes and performance improvements
  • Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and documentation for ongoing projects
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, automation, and digital transformation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, and data cleaning)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and with n8n, webhook-driven automations, or API integrations
  • Understanding of workflow automation or Google Workspace scripting
  • Strong research and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Must be available for onsite work in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
