Job Description: Marketing Executive in the Education Sector

As a Marketing Executive in the education sector, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote educational programs, courses, and institutions. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract prospective students and increase enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for educational programs or institutions. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and develop targeted campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and content marketing to drive website traffic and increase brand visibility.

5. Lead Generation and Conversion: Implement lead generation strategies to capture prospective students' information and nurture leads through targeted communications. Work closely with admissions teams to optimize conversion rates and ensure smooth enrollment processes.

6. Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improving marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

7. Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. Ensure brand guidelines are followed and oversee the production of marketing collateral.

8. Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as admissions teams, faculty, and administrators, to gather insights, coordinate marketing efforts, and align messaging. Build relationships with external partners, such as educational associations and industry influencers, to explore collaboration opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
